What are research peptides used for?
Peptides are widely used in chemistry and play a key role in many experiments. This may involve protein purification, protein modification, and various interactional studies. We are solely a research supply company and our products are intended for experienced researchers only. We do not include instructions or directions.
What size vials do your peptides come in?
All peptides are sold in 3ml or 10ml glass vials.
How do I store lyophilized peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended to maintain potency.
Why does the peptide powder in the vial appear clumpy or powdery?
This is normal. Peptide powders may appear as a solid mass but can break up into powder during shipping. This does not affect the quality or purity of the product.
Shipping Information
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer 2-day expedited shipping via FedEx, which is only available for orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm PST. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship out the following Monday. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Oasis Labs does not offer international shipping. Due to the complex and inconsistent regulatory frameworks surrounding research materials across borders, we have chosen to limit fulfillment strictly within the United States and its territories.
What shipping carriers do you work with?
Oasis Labs ships with FedEx.
What are your shipping & delivery options and timeframes?
We offer 2-Day Shipping with FedEx on all orders. We charge a flat rate of $16.95 for Priority shipments. Shipping times vary depending on your location and delays may be subject to inclement weather. All orders over $150 ship free.
My package says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors. Then contact the carrier directly to file a trace. If the issue persists, email support@oasislabsusa.com with your order number and tracking details and we’ll work with you on next steps.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What should I do?
Orders ship from our facility 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us prior to the shipment being sent out we will do our best to get the correct address updated. Please send an email to support@oasislabsusa.com with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped we are unable to do anything further.
Customer Service
I forgot to add my discount code. Can my order be adjusted?
If you forgot to add your discount code at checkout you must reach out to us via email within the first 30 minutes of placing your order. AS A ONE TIME COURTESY, we can send you the savings amount in the form of a store credit only. We cannot refund the difference regardless of your payment method.
How can I verify the quality of your products?
Every batch we ship has a Certificate of Analysis from an independent U.S. laboratory. Browse the COA Library or scan the QR code on your vial to pull the matching document by lot.
I received the wrong item.
Although mistakes happen, our shipping department works diligently to ensure each parcel is handled with care. If you receive the wrong item please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items you received. We will correct the problem immediately and send out the correct item(s) on the same or next business day that we are made aware of the issue. You must submit a photo of the items received in order for us to process a reshipment.
Refunds and cancellations.
We offer free replacements on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, please send us a photo immediately so we can send out a new product.
